Alicia Amatriain

She studied at the John Cranko School in Stuttgart and graduated in 1998. She joined the Stuttgart Ballet as an apprentice in 1998. One year later she was accepted to the the Stuttgart Ballet’s Corps de ballet. In 2000 she was promoted to Demi Soloist and in 2002 to Principal Dancer. She danced with internationally renowned dancers such as Giuseppe Picone, Joel Carreño and Roberto Bolle. Among her awards: German Dance Prize “Zukunft” (Germany, 2006), the Premio Revelación in her home town San Sebastian, Premio Danza & Danza, an award of the Italian journal “Danza & Danza” (Italy, 2008), Premio ApuliArte (2009).
Elena Algado

Graduated from the Conservatory Murcia. In 1996 she joined the company «Color Danza», in 1999 — Andalusia Dance Center. In 2004 participant of the “Asimetrías” of Andres Marina, she performed with this company at the XIII Biennale of Flamenco in Sevilla and La Maison de la Danse Festival in Lyon. Since 2004 she is a Principal Dancer of the National Ballet of Spain. She improved hed flamenco technique at the studio of the National Ballet of Spain. Since 2012 along with Miguel Angel Corbacho she combines her work at the theatre with managing of the company that they founded together “Entredos Ballet Español”.

Born in Havana, Cuba. Began dancing at the age of 10. Studied at the Cuban National Ballet School. Danced at the National Ballet of Cuba. In 2011 joined the English National Ballet. In 2007 he won a silver medal at the First Beijing Ballet Competition. In 2007 he took a grand prix at the International Ballet Competition of Cuba. In 2008 he won Gold at the Shanghai International Ballet Competition. In 2008 he won Gold at the International Ballet Competition in Korea.
Silvia Azzoni
Principal Dancer, Hamburg Ballet

Born in Italy. She studied in Turin and at the School of Hamburg Ballet. She joined this company in 1993, promoted to Soloist in 1996 and to Principal in 2001. She has been awarded several prizes, among which are Danza & Danza Prize as the Best Italian Dancer Abroad (2004) and Rolf de Maré Prize in the category «Outstanding Performance» (Hamburg, 2007). Her repertoire includes the leading roles in the ballets created by John Neumeier: Marguerite (The Lady of the Camellias), Nina Saretschnaja (The Seagull), Helena (A Midsummer Night’s Dream), Pallas Athena and Nausikaa (Odyssey) and others. Her repertoire also includes the roles in the ballets by Frederick Ashton, George Balanchine, Mats Ek, Christopher Wheeldon. As a guest star she dances in Tokyo, Vienna, Milan, Moscow and other cities.
Bakhtiyar Adamzhan
Principal dancer of the Astana Opera and Ballet Company

Born in the town of Sary-Ozek in Almaty Region, he trained at Almaty Choreographic College Named after A.V. Seleznev (2003-2011). From 2011 to 2013, he was a soloist with the Abay State Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet. He joined Astana Opera as a soloist in 2013, and was appointed a leading soloist in 2015. He dances leading roles in ballets including Spartacus, The Nutcracker, Notre-Dame de Paris, and Don Quixote. Bakhtiyar has won numerous awards, including grands prix at ballet competitions in Istanbul (2016), Seoul (2016), Astana (2016), New York (2017), and Moscow (2017).
