Ksenia Ovsyanick Principal dancer of the Staatsballett Berlin Dance Open: 2018

Born in Minsk, she trained at the Belorussian State Ballet College. In 2005, she was awarded a grant to continue her studies at the English National Ballet School, and after graduating she joined the company of English National Ballet. Today, Ksenia is a a principal dancer with Staatsballet Berlin, where she dances lead roles in ballets including The Nutcracker, The Sleeping Beauty, Giselle, and Jewels. She performed at the closing ceremony of the 2012 Olympic Games in London. She has participated in gala-concerts in many countries, including China, Singapore, India, Russia, Greece, Sweden, Italy, Latvia, and Belarus.

Evgenia Obraztsova Principal Dancer with Bolshoi Theater of Russia since 2012. Honoured Artist of Russia Dance Open: 2010, 2012, 2013, 2017,2019Dance Open Award: Miss Virtuosity 2012

In 2002 she graduated from the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet and joined the Mariinsky Ballet Company, where she starred in the title role in Romeo and Juliet in the very first season. In 2006 she won the Golden Mask National Theatre Award for the title role in Ondine by Pierre Lacotte. As the guest principal dancer she performed with the Royal Ballet Covent Garden, Paris Opera, Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, Teatro alla Scala, Royal Danish Ballet, NBA Ballet Tokyo, Stuttgart Ballet and American Ballet Theater. She has been the principal dancer with the Bolshoi Ballet since 2012. For critics and ballet lovers from all over the world this petite ballerina is bright and radiant, exquisite and talented, weightless and romantic. And she, while starring as Sylph and Aurora, is dreaming about more complicated drama roles, such as Carmen and Manon. One of the brightest ballet dancers of her generation, she is searching for drama features that could add more in-depth meaning and new ideas to each of her roles. She is the prize-winner of international competitions, such as the Vaganova-prix (St. Petersburg, 2002), the First Prize at the Moscow International Ballet Competition (Moscow, 2005), Zegna Mariinsky New Talents Award (Paris, 2005), the Soul of the Dance Prize in the Star nomination (Moscow, 2008) and many others. In 2012 she received the Dance Open Award in Miss Virtuosity nomination.

Thiago Bordin

Thiago Bordin Principal Dancer, Hamburg Ballet Dance Open: 2014

Born in Brazil. Studied at the ballet school of Sao Paulo, then was accepted into the Akademie des Tanzes Mannheim when he was spotted by prima ballerina Birgit Keil. After completing his training he received immediate work offer at the Hamburg Ballet John Neumeier. After 4 years he was promoted to Soloist and 8 months later to the rank of Principal Dancer. A magnificent dancer, Bordin combines gracious movements with pure lines, and is loved by dance critics. Winner of numerous awards, including the German Dance Prize «Zukunft» (2005). Has been nominated for «The Faust» (2006). Repeatedly tried himself as a choreographer. As a guest star appeared in New York, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Stuttgart, Vienna, Munich, Colorado, Tokyo, Paris and other cities.

Olesya Novikova Soloist of the Mariinsky Ballet Dance Open: 2015

One of the most gifted and wel known ballerinas to appear in the last decade. Graduate of the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet and winner of the Vaganova Prix, she has attracted attention since the very start of her professional career. According to ballet experts, Novikova has the ability to demonstrate «effortless grace». An elegant dancer, responsive and sensitive to nuances, she has performed in classical productions with great success and accepts with enthusiasm to bolder, more fluid experiments.
